Compliance Coordinator
Location: Ashington or Durham
Salary: £24,310 up to £29,122 per annum (career graded)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 12-noon, Friday 4th July 2025

About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator with a proven track record in data management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for safety. You will maintain compliance management systems through accurate data entry, monitoring, and verification, and coordinate service and repair deliveries, ensuring timely completion, property access, and certification receipt.
You will assist with tasks related to:
* Maintaining regulatory and corporate compliance for lifts, boilers, electrical systems, appliances, and water hygiene
* Managing complex data
* Contract management
* Preparing Key Performance Indicators
Your Experience
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience in compliance, repairs, or maintenance functions
* Experience managing data, documentation, and records
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ideally, you will be meticulous, detail-oriented, confident in challenging contractor performance, a great communicator, and well-organized.
