Customer Service Representative & Administrator CCP are working exclusively with an exciting, fast-growing start-up in the healthcare space that's looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative & Administrator to support their ambitious growth plans. About the Role This is a varied position combining customer service and administration. You'll be supporting patients and clients, managing queries via a ticketing system, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations including stock, deliveries, and general admin. Key Responsibilities Respond to patient and client enquiries via Intercom (or similar ticketing systems) Manage customer queries in line with SLAs Submit and oversee courier claims and delivery issues Order stock and negotiate with suppliers via phone and email Process returns and manage inbound post Provide administrative support to internal teams and clinic partners Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer experience and internal processes What We're Looking For Experience in a customer service and/or administrative role Excellent communication and organisational skills Comfortable using ticketing systems such as Intercom Confident working to service level targets Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment A proactive team player with a solution-focused mindset Desirable Experience Previous experience in healthcare Why This Role?
