The Electrical Lecturer Role: As our Electrical Lecturer, you will deliver high quality and effective teaching, learning and assessment to Electrical students at Bournemouth and Poole College.
The post holder will also act as a personal tutor to students.

Responsibilities as our Electrical Lecturer will include: Create an outstanding student experience which leads to progression or employment Contribute to the design, delivery and future planning and development of the curriculum Demonstrate the principles of inclusive learning including: individual learning styles.
support for students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
extension resources/activities for students of higher ability.
general resources, including the use of Information Learning Technology.
Organise and participate in relevant visits, enrichment visits, and liaise with external organisations to enhance the learner experience.
Prepare and mark student work, monitor progress towards individual targets, keep records using college systems and provide timely reports/reviews to students, parents, employers, and College managers, as appropriate.
