Key Responsibilities Be the friendly voice on the other end of the helpline, responding to customer queries and providing solutions that impress Handle warranty claims, process orders, and keep things running smoothly with the Sage system Update stock levels and manage product websites to ensure everything’s on point Keep our social media buzzing by running an Instagram account or two!
