KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Project Oversight and Governance: Ensuring projects adhere to established methodologies and governance structures to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
2. Process Improvement: Continuously enhancing project management processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Resource Management: Optimising allocation and utilisation of resources (time, personnel, budget) across projects, addressing any constraints.
4. Risk Management: Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring/reporting on risks.
5. Support and Training: Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to project teams to support skill development and consistent delivery.
6. Reporting and Communication: Maintaining transparent reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and resource needs.
7. Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
9. Change Management: Leading and supporting change initiatives, ensuring proper communication and implementation across the organisation.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits
