As a Senior Customer Service Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to influence and lead a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled service; playing a critical role in improving the experience we deliver to our customers by providing expert guidance and support on pension benefits and administrative procedures. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to offer clarity and outstanding service to our members!


How you'll make an impact

* Take charge by running and coordinating MEx projects, supervising staff, and attending Trustee and client meetings, with equivalent experience also considered.
* Improve your skills with training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities, while providing feedback and support to the MEx Team Manager.
* Handle non-standard client/member queries with integrity and ensure errors and complaints are managed effectively.
* Prioritize workloads to maintain Service Level Agreements and ensure work is processed accurately and timely.
* Be a champion of change, share your ideas for efficiency, and contribute to the creation of training materials.


About you

We are seeking individuals with robust experience at a supervisory or managerial level within administrative or customer service roles. Ideal candidates will have:

* A proven record in customer service, with expertise in pensions being a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to data management.
* Excellent literacy skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while developing team workloads.
