Purpose
Reporting to the Associate Head of Engagement Delivery, this role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi‑channel engagement and fundraising campaigns. You will work within campaign delivery squads to help translate briefs into delivery plans, coordinate activity across teams, and ensure outputs are audience‑led, insight‑driven, and delivered to shares a high standard.clear
Key Contributions
* Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
* Coordinate campaign activity and resources within delivery squads.
* Track performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of campaigns including direct mail, broadcast media, digital and advocacy.
* Assist in translating briefs into actionable delivery plans.
* Coordinate campaign activity and monitor progress.
* Work within cross‑functional squads to support delivery across teams.
* Track performance and contribute to post‑campaign reviews.
* Foster collaborative working relationships across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting campaign delivery from planning to evaluation.
* Understanding of supporter journeys and engagement techniques.
* Strong organisational and project‑co‑ordination skills.
* Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to use data and insight to inform delivery.
* Familiarity with campaign‑management systems or CRM tools.
* Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
