What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Head Chef in leading a brigade of 10 (and growing!)
* Cooking fresh, seasonal dishes using top-quality, locally sourced ingredients
* Preparing menus that change 45 times a year to keep things creative and exciting
* Catering for weddings, conferences, and restaurant service multitasking is key!
* Stepping up confidently in the absence of the Head Chef
* Taking an active role in menu development, ordering, and day-to-day kitchen operations
What Were Looking For:
* A driven Sous Chef with experience in busy restaurants, hotels, or gastro pubs
* A positive attitude and bags of energy were a buzzing venue and need someone to match!
* A natural leader who thrives under pressure and inspires those around them
* Someone who is passionate about food, detail-driven, and loves working with fresh produce
