About the Role
Working with Reebok EU, you will take full ownership of merchandising strategy and execution across outlet stores in Paris and Amsterdam. This is a hands-on role blending strategic planning with day-to-day trading, where your decisions directly influence sales performance and margin recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Ownership & Performance
* Own full P&L performance across outlet stores
* Drive sales, margin, and profitability against targets
* Identify risks and opportunities and act decisively
Assortment Planning & Buying
* Build and manage commercial assortment plans
* Optimise product mix across categories, sizes, and price points
* Continuously refine assortment based on trading data
Inventory Management & Replenishment
* Lead inventory planning and stock allocation
* Drive inventory turns and stock efficiency
* Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time
Pricing & Markdown Strategy
* Own pricing architecture and discount strategy
* Execute markdown optimisation and promotional planning
* Maximise margin recovery while maintaining sell-through
Trading & Analysis
* Monitor daily/weekly performance and key retail KPIs
* Deliver data-driven insights and reporting
* Use analytics to improve commercial decisions
Visual Merchandising & Execution
* Lead visual merchandising strategy across stores
* Ensure strong in-store execution and product storytelling
* Maintain high standards through regular store engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with supply chain, warehouse, and brand teams
* Align on inventory flow, product strategy, and trading priorities
About You
* 10+ years in retail merchandising (preferably outlet/off-price)
* Strong expertise in inventory planning, pricing, and markdowns
* Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset
* Deep understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance
* Advanced Excel and ERP system skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication
