Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer:
* Complete the entire paint spraying process from start to finish.
* Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming.
* Mix and match paints to achieve the correct color and finish.
* Apply paint efficiently, ensuring a high-quality, smooth finish.
* Polish and rectify any imperfections post-painting.
* Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.
Paint Sprayer Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a body shop or crash repair environment.
* Skills: Ability to complete the full paint process, including preparation and finishing.
* Attention to Detail: Strong eye for color matching and finishing quality.
* Team Player: Must work well within a close-knit, professional team.
