Project Administrator
Location: Watford - must be a driver and have access to your own car
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (fully office based until completion of 6-month probation, then 1 day working from home is offered)

Responsibilities:
As our Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your tasks will include:
11. Coordinating project schedules and resources
12. Maintaining project documentation and reports
13. Communicating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
14. Assisting in budget tracking and financial reporting
15. Organising project meetings and taking minutes
16. Providing administrative support to the project team
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To succeed in this role, you should have:
17. Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
18. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
19. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
20. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
21. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
22. A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
