A high-performing 11–16 school in Bromsgrove is looking to welcome a motivated MFL ECT (French & Spanish) from January 2026.
Your Role
You’ll teach French and Spanish across KS3–KS4, following a well-designed curriculum rooted in phonics, frequent retrieval and gradual linguistic immersion. MFL at this school is on an upward trajectory, with increasing uptake at GCSE and a supportive senior team championing language learning.
School Setting
This is a friendly, oversubscribed school with a reputation for excellent behaviour and strong pastoral structures. The MFL block includes dedicated language classrooms equipped with audio platforms, speaking booths and access to virtual exchange tools. Classroom assistants also support learning in lower year groups.
