About The Role
Are you ready to be a part of our accommodation division? We are looking for a talented technician to join our team to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standard whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
What will you be doing?
* Performing pre handover inspections
* Installation and removing wall boards and flooring
* Spray and bush painting
* Conducting damage triage during off hire inspections
* Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance

About You
* Knowledge of the accommodation unit industry or experience in joinery / painting and decorating
* Basic experience of electrical circuits and electrical procedures
* Ability to follow standard health and safety procedures in a busy working environment
* Team player, supporting your colleagues
* Self‑motivated and a flexible approach to the working environment
