Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake delegated work such as typing, word processing, and photocopying.
2. File management including storage, retrieval, opening, and closing of files.
3. Make phone calls, appointments, and advise clients when appropriate.
4. Assist with drafting correspondence, audio typing, and taking instruction from fee earners.
5. Engage clients and maintain diaries.
6. Perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements: Experience in audio typing and dictation, computer literacy, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
