We are supporting a leading financial services organisation with an immediate requirement for a Contract Governance Specialist.
This is a hands-on, project-focused role to design and embed a contract management and governance framework within a complex operational environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and implement a contract governance framework
* Centralise and review existing agreements
* Identify and remove legacy contracts
* Ensure alignment with AML / financial crime requirements
* Define processes, controls and ownership
* Support rollout into BAU, including training materials
Key requirements:
* Experience in contract management, governance or controls
* Strong process design and documentation skills
* Experience working with legal agreements
* Familiarity with document management tools (e.g. DocuSign)
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Backgrounds of interest:
* Controls, governance or internal audit professionals with hands-on experience designing and implementing processes or control frameworks
