Duties: Supporting quality, best practice and timely recruitment services to the SHCG group with a strong customer focus. Support improvements in Group wide recruitment outcomes including increasing number of quality applicants, reducing time to hire, reducing agency requirements and reducing recruitment dropout rates. Support for the development and implementation of a range of Recruitment initiatives using an evidence-based approach and ensuring a direct return on investment to ensure strategic growth and achievement. Work with Group leaders to deliver on recruitment needs in a highly professional, timely and responsive manner. Skills/Experience: Highly motivated professional with experience in all aspects of recruitment, attraction and retention processes. Experience of working within the education sector is desirable. Good organisational skills with ability to organise own workload and able to work collaboratively within a team. Good standard of computer literacy and have knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Excellent interpersonal skills to include; communication, adaptability and flexibility. Qualifications: Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
