Human Resources Support Apprenticeship - Level 3
Contract Type: Fixed‑Term Apprenticeship, Full‑time (18 months)

Salary: £22,950 (+ £5,441 London Weighting)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
* Work alongside a dedicated HR team to learn HR processes.
* Provide support to colleagues and contribute to a great workplace culture.
* Assist with day‑to‑day HR tasks, varying with the team placement.
* Develop strong communication and organisational skills for a future HR career or transferable skills to other areas.
You will study for a Level 3 Human Resources Support apprenticeship and attend at least one day a week of study hosted by your learning provider.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
* Be 18 years old or over by the start of the apprenticeship (September 2026).
* Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to the start.
* Be legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire duration.
* Not enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
* Do not already hold a qualification in Human Resources at Level 3 or higher.
* Identify as disabled under the Equality Act.
* Have achieved Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or equivalent.
