About the Role We are partnering with the world’s biggest live streaming service—a platform where millions gather daily to build global communities around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, and more.
We are looking for a highly motivated, bilingual Creator Outreach Associate to identify, engage, and onboard emerging talent across the English and Polish markets. If you are fascinated by creator communities, fluent in the ever-evolving language of internet culture, and know exactly where to find the next generation of digital stars, this role is for you.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, using your deep personal drive to help new creators set up and succeed on a global stage.
What You Will Do
* Talent Sourcing: Search widely across social platforms and communities to spot emerging talent in the Polish and English markets.
* Outreach & Pitching: Proactively reach out to rising creators, share our client's value proposition, and persuade them to take the next exciting step in their broadcasting careers.
* Onboarding: Guide creators through their earliest steps on the platform. Make the setup process clear and supportive, ensuring they are confident heading into their very first live stream.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges and smoothly hand over successful creators for long-term platform support.
* Cultural Pulse: Stay deeply plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments that dictate where audiences gather.
What You Bring
* Language Skills: Full fluency in Polish and English is essential.
* Experience: Proven interest and background in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
* Industry Knowledge: A robust understanding of the global creator economy with a genuine passion for livestreaming and the evolving needs of content creators.
* Drive & Autonomy: Strong determination to source top talent and an organized, methodical approach to outreach.
* Location/Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to commute to a London-based office.
Bonus Points
* Familiarity with standard live streaming software and broadcasting tools.
* An existing network of relationships with a wide variety of content creators.
* In-depth knowledge of content trends across major social media and video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
