What the Job Involves Your role will involve assessing citizens in accordance with statutory duties, planning, and commissioning services for adults and carers, and overseeing case management for your designated caseload. You will work in partnership with citizens, carers, and other stakeholders. You are expected to maintain accurate electronic case files and participate in personal development reviews. Being part of our team, you may also be required to supervise or mentor, take part in office rotations, and ensure compliance with various council policies.
