Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.

Duties

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and data input.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
* Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel.
* Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in order processing as required.
* Maintain an organised filing system for all sales-related documents.

Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Pinnacle preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales administration.
* Strong administrative experience with a focus on sales support functions.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated computer skills with a high level of computer literacy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
