Education and Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. 1. Professional registered Chartered CIPD Member (MCIPD)
2. 2. Educated to master’s Degree or equivalent senior experience - OD, Change management, learning, training etc
3. 3. Evidence of continuous professional development – OD, learning, leadership development Devt. 4.OD, leadership, training qualification

Essential criteria
6. 1.Extensive experience of working on large, complex OD and Learning projects and programmes at a senior level
7. 2.Significant experience of workforce innovation practice and issues, working across multiple partner organisations
8. 3.Demonstrable experience and success in managing complex OD, learning and leadership workforce initiatives.
9. 4.Experience of translating complex operational and best practice evidence into concise service reports to senior leaders, Trust Board and key stakeholders
10. 5.Extensive knowledge and application of OD diagnostic and change management tools, techniques and frameworks
11. 6.Experience of leading and managing teams
12. 7.Extensive facilitation/training skills to support OD and culture work on ED & I.
13. 8.Demonstrable experience of proactively promoting inclusion leadership in complex organisations.
14. 9.Experience of designing and managing an OD and learning development programme

17. 1.Able to use assessment methods and diagnostic tools to analyse workforce information and identify development needs and undertake learning needs analysis to prepare plans to meet the needs identified
18. 2.Able to plan and organise a range of complex activities, formulate and adjust plans and respond effectively to multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
19. 3.Ability to develop proposal reports for new OD, leadership and management programmes and initiatives.
20. 4.Ability to inspire confidence and trust, command respect and build and maintain credibility with line managers and create a sense of community amongst those involved in the work
21. 5.Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including facilitation, negotiation, obtaining, providing and presenting information.
