We are looking to recruit a school leaver to join our well established accountancy firm based in Stratford Upon Avon.
The main duties of the role will be the preparation of accounts for both limited companies and sole traders, with elements of taxation, VAT, wages and pension.
Our firm has 4 partners and around 20 staff with a mixture of qualifications and specialties.
Our clients operate in a wide variety of sectors and are largely owner managed.
You will be taught all aspects of the role as you go along, but a generally good level of computer literacy is a requirement before joining us, including Excel and to a lesser extent, Word. Existing ability with any accounting software is a bonus, but not crucial.
Depending on qualifications, you would be placed into either the Level 2 or 4 Apprenticeship, with a view to becoming a chartered accountant.
