We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our KierBam Joint Venture based at Hinkley Point C
Location:Bridgwater - Hinkley Point C
Hours: 47.5 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
As a Quality Engineer, you'll support the safe and compliant delivery of KierBAM works at Hinkley Point C by ensuring that all construction activities meet NNB's nuclear quality requirements, relevant British/International Standards, and KierBAM quality processes.
Your day to day will include:
* Implement and oversee adherence to the Project Quality Plan, specifications, ITPs, RAMS, and nuclear safety standards, including inspections and testing requirements
* Manage QA documentation, product compliance, and traceability records, ensuring readiness for progressive assurance and project handover
* Lead non-conformance management, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and communicate lessons learned to clients and stakeholders
* Coordinate with package managers, subcontractors, and design teams to maintain robust quality standards, delivering briefings and training as required
* Utilise digital QA platforms for reporting, audits, and continuous improvement, while promoting team wellbeing and an inclusive workplace culture
What are we looking for?
This role of Quality Engineer is great for you if:
* Experience in quality engineering within civils, façade, cladding, architectural or fit-out works.
* Strong understanding of nuclear-grade construction quality requirements Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
* Experience working with ITPs, QCPs, LTQRs and structured handover processes and working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract processes.
* Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital QA tools.
* CSCS PQP/AQP card.
