Your new role
As a Level 2 (or above) qualified General Teaching Assistant, you'll be able to support a KS2 classroom working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You may assist small groups of children with tasks or provide general classroom support as well as be able to modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Also, if needed, be able to handle a 1:1 learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.
