Our Paid Social Media Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in the UK, building a legacy for our brands and organisation. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading paid activation across all social media platforms, managing campaigns end-to-end to meet brand awareness and performance objectives.
2. Driving insights and developing paid social strategies as part of overall digital planning.
3. Leading analysis of campaigns in real-time and on an ongoing basis to recommend and deliver optimisations against key metrics such as impressions share, quality score, conversion rate, and budgets.
4. Managing multi-million-pound budgets and executing within internal guidelines and controls while driving efficiencies.
5. Building and managing relationships with external media vendors and tech partners.
6. Working with the broader digital activation team to develop strategies and ensure synergies within the media mix.
7. Coaching and developing the Paid Social Executive.
8. Supporting innovation to stay ahead of the competition and connecting externally to stay in touch with the latest trends.
9. Collaborating with stakeholders (Media, Trial, Analytics & Insights) and partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.

Head Office Location: This role is based at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, which is easily accessible from London via regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station. Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in paid social media buying across awareness and performance campaigns, with mastery of campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and managing large budgets.
* Proactive and agile leadership skills with excellent collaboration abilities to build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.
* Experience or passion for coaching executive-level employees.
* Mastery of digital platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok for Business, YouTube; experience with verification tools like MOAT is advantageous.
* Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies is a plus but not essential.
