About the Role As our Supported Living Manager, you will lead a vibrant service where tenants enjoy everything from holidays abroad to summer BBQs. You will manage a dedicated 24/7 team, ensure high-quality care, and create an environment where people thrive. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will: Champion person-centered support and positive risk-taking. Coach and develop your team with a focus on practice leadership. Collaborate with families, professionals, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and best interest frameworks. What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years experience in care leadership. Strong knowledge of The Care Act, DoLS, MCA, and safeguarding. Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards). A proactive, visible leader who acts on opportunities and challenges. Experience managing complex needs and autism support.
