Digital Marketing Manager
Approx. £120,000 - £145,000 (Dependent on Experience) | London (Hybrid) | 7M Fixed-Term
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and product adoption. In this role, you’ll craft compelling digital experiences across email, mobile, and digital interfaces, helping to educate and inspire both current and prospective customers.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of campaign management—from strategy and execution to QA and performance analysis. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for using marketing automation to deliver personalized and scalable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver cross-channel marketing initiatives to increase product awareness and customer engagement.
* Create, launch, and refine campaigns using modern CRM and marketing automation platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape messaging and align on goals.
* Monitor and optimize performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
* Apply industry best practices and stay informed on emerging trends.
* Share campaign insights and collaborate with global marketing teams to enhance overall performance.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 4+ years of digital or lifecycle marketing experience with a focus on CRM.
* Demonstrated success managing and scaling marketing campaigns.
* Proficient in Excel with a solid understanding of basic SQL.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in B2B, digital advertising, or ad tech industries.
* Familiarity with tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, sales, and analytics teams.
* Advanced SQL and experience working with segmentation, targeting, and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
