Summary Provides patient centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic according to established scope of practice guidelines and standards of care. Develops, coordinates and implements the patient plan of care in collaboration with the health care team. Minimum Education Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN or matriculation into a BSN program preferred. Minimum Work Experience 2 years prior nursing experience preferred. Experience in office/clinic practice setting preferred. Required Licenses/Certifications Current license in the State of Vermont. BLS Certification through American Heart Association. Specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, CPI) per specific operational framework. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills. Demonstrates moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
