Arc Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm seeking to expand its Corporate Services team. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Services Administrator with a strong focus on Group Pension Schemes, including Group Personal Pensions (GPPs), Defined Contribution (DC) pensions, and Auto-Enrolment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organised individual with experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment — ideally someone who has supported financial advisers or corporate clients within an IFA, consultancy, or pension provider setting. Key Responsibilities * Administer a portfolio of corporate group pension schemes, including GPPs, DC pensions, and auto-enrolment arrangements * Manage scheme member lifecycles: processing new joiners, leavers, salary changes, and contribution updates * Liaise with corporate clients, financial advisers, and pension providers to ensure smooth scheme operation * Maintain scheme documentation and ensure compliance with FCA regulations * Prepare client reports, renewal packs, and provider comparison illustrations * Support ad-hoc projects including group protection and healthcare scheme renewals * Investigate and resolve technical, compliance, or provider-related queries professionally and promptly Requirements * Experience working in an IFA firm, employee benefits consultancy, or pension provider (essential) * Strong understanding of GPPs, DC pensions, and Auto-Enrolment regulations * Familiarity with leading providers (e.g. Aviva, Royal London, Standard Life, etc.) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach * High level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple schemes and deadlines * Experience using Intelligent Office or similar CRM systems (desirable) * Knowledge of wider employee benefits (e.g. group risk, PMI) is a plusSalary and Benefits * Competitive salary of up to £35,000, based on experience * Fully office-based role within a collaborative and supportive team * Work with a respected financial planning firm and high-profile corporate clients * Comprehensive training and clear progression pathways * Exposure to a broad range of employee benefits services and projects If you’re a pensions-focused administrator ready to join a professional, people-first business with strong values and an excellent team culture, Arc Recruitment would love to hear from you
