Working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner you will provide a strategic HR partnering service (with dedicated divisional accountability) to the business leading on the planning and execution of various HR projects and initiatives, such as talent management, engagement and organisational change and development. You will work closely with the business to deliver tailored HR advice, providing insights and analysis that drive impactful change and ensuring that people related priorities and management of people related risks align with group appetite through supporting the delivery of the divisional People Plans. You will collaborate with the HR Centres of Excellence (CoE), Strategic HR Business Partners and HR Consultants to support the ongoing development of the CoE propositions and overall service development and delivery across the HR Division always considering and sharing business insight with a continued focus on customer experience. You will support the development of best practice documentation/processes relating to key people related activities, ensuring processes and documentation facilitate meaningful outputs and are applied consistently across the business.About youYou’re a highly effective communicator with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills. As you’ll be involved in sensitive and confidential conversations working with discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships is key. Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written. To be considered for this role it is essential you have: Demonstrable strategic HR Business Partnering background, within a Financial Services organisation. Experience in organisational change and talent development. Good knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, reward, performance management, culture, organisational development and effectiveness, talent management and HR compliance. Proven experience in translating HR Strategy into actionable, divisional people plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. Significant change experience. With various streams of change activity across the group at one time, you’ll understand the impact of change and how to manage it effectively. Strong consulting skills, including needs assessment, problem-solving, project management, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations. A full UK driving licence as there may be some UK travel for meetings.Due to timelines we can only consider applicants on one month notice or less.
