Job Description
* Manage and oversee tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Address tenant enquiries and provide solutions to housing-related issues.
* Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
* Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high property standards.
* Support the allocation of housing, including processing applications and conducting viewings.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on housing activities.
* Manage and deal with anti-social behaviour and gather customer feedback
* Promote a safe and welcoming community environment for tenants
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Housing Officer should have:
* 3+ years prior experience in a housing or property management role.
* A strong understanding of housing regulations and tenancy laws.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage a part-time or full-time schedule effectively.
* Proficiency in using housing or property management software.
* A customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
