You will be joining one of the leading providers within the airline catering industry, supporting a team of over 200 employees based at 3 different UK airports and a distribution centre in Slough, where this role is based.
Job Description
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
* Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
* Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retain talent.
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
* Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Advisor should have:
* A CIPD Level 5 or strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Excellent understanding of HR practices, with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
