WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Engage customers face-to-face as part of brand partner campaigns
* Identify business opportunities and contribute to commercial targets
* Develop key business skills — communication, negotiation, and client management
* Attend performance reviews and contribute to team strategy sessions
* Grow through a structured graduate development pathway
THE IDEAL GRADUATE
* Degree in business, marketing, economics, management, or related discipline
* Strong communicator with a competitive, results-driven mindset
* Motivated to earn through performance and grow through results
* Any degree welcome — what matters most is ambition and attitude
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
