You will have a strong background in working in payroll, across many business industries, working at pace and have high resilience.
Required skills and experience:
1. Good IT literacy skills advance in excel and presentation
2. Proven background of working in a similar role of payrolling large numbers
3. Reporting writing skills in Systems business Intelligence, People soft and Oracle
4. Good eye for detail and work at pace as well as resilience to workload
5. Able to be flexible to business needs and generate ad-hoc reports
6. Ability to build effective relations internally and externally
7. Logical and Methodical mind set
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbally/written
9. Strong team player
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Payroll and Pensions Administrator, you will support 100% CMC (Core Mandatory Controls) Payroll and Pension Compliance, and delivery of the HR Technology Roadmap.
Key activities:
10. Assist with payroll / pension function inc. reporting
11. Assist with P11D benefit solution
12. Absence Management
13. Reconciliation of Edenred childcare vouchers
14. Provision of Sick calculations upon request
15. Statutory Calculations: Maternity, Paternities, AOE
16. Updating of Address changes, UPN changes
17. Assisting with Audit Requirements
18. Provision of National Statistics forms
19. Case Management: Answer payroll provider queries / Employee queries
