You will lead a dedicated staff who are committed to continuous improvement and professional growth. Governors are committed to appointing a Headteacher who values staff wellbeing, promotes professionalism and has the strategic and financial expertise to sustain high-quality teaching and learning in a challenging financial climate.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
•Puts pupils’ wellbeing, safety, and achievement at the centre of all decisions
•Sustains a positive, inclusive, and aspirational school culture
•Has a strong understanding of high-quality teaching, curriculum, and assessment
•Demonstrates commitment to inclusive practice, including meeting SEND needs
•Leads with integrity, accountability, and compassion
•Builds effective partnerships with governors, staff, families, and external partners
•Uses evidence-informed approaches to drive continuous improvement
