Job Title: Care Professional – Morning Calls
Location: Swadlincote/Burton/Derby
Hours: Preferred availability 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM (can be extended if more hours are desired)
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Enhanced Pay: £14.25 per hour (before 8:00 AM, after 6:00 PM, and weekends)
What You’ll Do:
1. Help with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and toileting
2. Support with mobility and safe movement
3. Prepare breakfast and help with morning medication
4. Offer companionship and reassurance to start the day right
5. Light household tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment
Shift Information:
6. Preferred availability: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
7. More hours can be offered if desired
8. Please note: You are paid for the time spent delivering care, not for your entire availability window
Pay & Benefits:
9. £13.35 per hour standard
10. £14.25 per hour before 8 AM, after 6 PM, and weekends
11. Travel time and mileage paid

14. Regular clients with minimum 1-hour visits — no rushed care

18. The right to work in the UK
19. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the community-based nature of the role
