The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We're looking for a Partnerships & Creator Experiences manager to join the TikTok LIVE team in London. You'll oversee the creator experience of our in-person creator events and gatherings across Europe. This role will also be required to develop partnerships with brands to enhance our gift panel and campaign offering.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and own the TikTok LIVE creator experience strategy & budgets across all EU Markets
- Own and deliver small to medium scale creator events, as well as play a pivotal role in large scale creator events
- Develop relationships with brands and secure partnerships to deliver branded content for the TikTok LIVE gift panel
- Develop relationships with brands and secure partnerships for EU-wide creator campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in copywriting & idea generation.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience analyzing data & trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in working in the field of event and partnerships, preferably in tech or entertainment
- Proficiency in any other EU language.
