⏰ Hours per week: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
(Part‑time option of 4 full days per week considered)

High‑quality, impartial guidance helps students understand their strengths, explore opportunities, and move confidently towards their next steps.
The role will involve
* Leading the strategic development and delivery of the school’s careers programme
* Developing and evaluating the annual careers action plan in line with Gatsby Benchmarks
* Providing impartial one‑to‑one careers guidance and follow‑up planning
* Delivering group sessions, assemblies, workshops, and parent events
* Building and sustaining partnerships with employers, FE and HE providers
* Coordinating work experience, employer encounters and careers events
* Tracking destinations, maintaining records, and reporting impact to leaders and governors
* Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and provider access requirements are met
