Cluster Sales Manager - Health & Fitness - Luton

£30,000 + excellent benefits

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to drive membership sales across several fantastic fitness, swimming and sports centres in Luton. This is a newly created role and there is so much potential to improve the current sales strategies and sales processes to take the business forward and really make a name for yourself.

You would be working for a progressive Leisure Trust whose mission is to increase the health, fitness and activity levels of all the residents of Luton regardless of their background so there is great purpose behind this role as well as great career prospects too.

Key responsibilities:

11. Plan and deliver in-reach and outreach activities to generate new leads for the centres, build partnerships with local corporates and community groups.

12. Lead a small team of sales consultants, ensuring they are trained to follow a clear sales process and can deliver on KPI's set to hit weekly and monthly targets.

13. Manage the prospect and member database to ensure customers take advantage of all they have to offer.

14. Follow up renewals and act on customer feedback to maximise retention.

15. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to contribute to the overall marketing strategy, the products and services they offer and ensure they offer a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.

The Ideal person.

16. An outgoing self-starter, able to work under one's own initiative.

17. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing sales processes and working to KPI's.

18. Experience in developing sales plans and leading outreach activity.

19. Team leadership experience possibly as a Senior Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Club Manager, Fitness Manager or PT Manager.

20. Ideally experience within the health and fitness industry, and if not, a demonstrable passion for health and fitness is essential.

21. Live within an easy commute of Luton.
