About the Role: Lecturer in Sports As a Lecturer in Sports, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance. This role is offered on a hourly paid basis. We have an evening Level 2 Fitness Instructing course starting in February and require a lecturer to deliver the course in the evening. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of Pearsons and Gateway qualifications. About You We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with: Proven experience in Personal Training Strong knowledge of sports science, industry trends, and BTEC, Gateway & YMCA framework Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one) You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
