We are looking for a skilled Relocation professional to join a dynamic team focused on delivering Relocation Management and Destination Services.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting assignees through the end-to-end relocation process.
Hybrid working is available.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating Relocation and Destination Services.
* Manage tenancy and lettings processes, including negotiation and renewals.
* Oversee home search services and property-related logistics.
* Liaise with landlords, lettings agents, and inventory clerks.
* Schedule and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
* Maintain regular communication and updates with relocating employees.
* Deliver pre-assignment briefings and assess client relocation policies.
* Produce detailed relocation progress reports.
* Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate client billing.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* Proven background in relocation and destination services.
* Strong experience in tenancy and lettings within the UK.
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
* Able to multitask and stay highly organised.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous Relocation and Destination Services experience is essential.
