Salary:£32,000 to £45,000

About the Company:
A well-established financial planning business providing holistic advice to a diverse client base. The team is known for its strong technical standards, client-focused approach, and supportive working culture that encourages professional growth and progression within financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical recommendations
* Conduct research using cashflow modelling and financial planning tools
* Analyse client information including pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
* Support advisers in delivering compliant and high-quality advice
* Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy information
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
* Work closely with advisers to ensure efficient case progression
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial planning support role
* Strong understanding of financial planning products and advice processes
* Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
* Ideally working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with financial planning software and cashflow modelling tools
* Knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
* Experience working within an IFA or wealth management environment
* Progress towards Chartered status or willingness to continue studying
