Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Workplace Service Coordinator to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious client sites in London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver the front of house services, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence, providing a warm and delightful welcome, meet and greet all visitors approaching the desk in a friendly and professional way. Register all visitors/contractors using the relevant system and process. Work with meeting hosts to ensure guests have a positive arrival. Taking ownership of all front of house communications and bookings in accordance with site requirements. Coordinate and order all hospitality requirements. Ensure all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously at all times. Professional preparation of all meetings and events, including but not limited to; laying out meeting rooms and catering to suit the specific occasion, preparing guest name badges etc. Develop and continuously update front of house procedures in line with site specific requirements. Manage all courier and taxi requests. Work closely with the other Anabas team members to ensure seamless service to the client. Manage the client employee security cards system, providing/cancelling passes given to employees and visitors and providing reports on request to the client. Deputise for Facilities & Events manager during periods of absence. Ensure all health and safety duties are completed in accordance with site specific requirements to ensure front of house and event operations are delivered in a safe manner. Work collaboratively with service providers and vendors delivering a one team approach to service. Continuously identify improvement possibilities, highlighting these to the Facilities and Events Manager. Manage and report on visitor and meeting room activities, managing visitor management system and reporting, ensuring the system is updated and managed in line with operational requirements.
