The Role

SBS Audio Visual is a specialist provider of high-quality AV equipment, supplying DJs, sound engineers, venues, and creative professionals. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales Administrator to manage our online sales channels and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Manchester. You will oversee our e-commerce operations, from product listings and order fulfilment to online marketing support. You will also ensure our website and online marketplaces are accurate, engaging, and optimised for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage online sales processes, customer queries, and order dispatching
Oversee returns, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
Maintain and update product listings with accurate details and SEO-friendly descriptions
Monitor website performance, analytics, and competitor activity
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and social media content
Administer third-party sales platforms and marketplaces
Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks
Identify low-stock items and raise purchase requests

The Person
Minimum 2 years' e-commerce administration experience (AV industry essential)
Skilled in stock control and inventory management
Confident using platforms such as PrestaShop and WordPress
Graphic design ability and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Strong IT and Excel skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Holds a full driver's licence (preferred)
