Field Sales Solutions, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing agency, is partnering with Procter & Gamble to recruit a Category Development Manager for Central London, working within our Electrical, Beauty & Skin Category.
TERRITORY: Noting Hill / Kensington / Camden (N1, N1C NW1, NW3, NW5, NW6, SW3, SW5, SW7, W2, W8, W8, W11, W1B, W1C, W1D, W1K, W1T, W1U, W1W, WC1N)
The role:
* Act as a category expert across key London stores.
* Drive Oral B, Olay & Braun sales and availability by building senior store relationships and ensuring corporate agreements are followed.
* Analyse EPOS and availability data to identify issues, implement solutions, and track ROI.
* Conduct stock checks, correct inaccuracies, and ensure fixtures meet agreed plans.
* Train and influence store staff on category knowledge, NPD, and best practice.
* Present insights and solutions at regional retailer meetings to reduce shrink and improve compliance.
* Collaborate with P&G’s Availability Manager on special projects.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in grocery, high‑street retail, or FMCG sales
* Knowledge of category management and retail processes.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with a full UK driving licence.
