The Role
As Room Leader, you'll:
* Lead and mentor a team of passionate practitioners in delivering exceptional early years provision
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and development
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Support the Deputy and Manager in day-to-day nursery operations
* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care
* Create a vibrant, inclusive environment where every child flourishes
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education & Care (or equivalent) – essential
* Proven experience in a supervisory or room leader role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A natural leader with excellent communication skills
* Genuine passion for child development and early education
* Commitment to creating an inclusive, stimulating environment
