This is a brilliant opportunity for a lawyer in the 4-8 PQE range to come in as their (realistically) first or second in‑house role and work on a wide range of derivatives legal matters supporting a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Loan‑linked hedging deals, including project finance.
* Corporate acquisitions, buyouts, and recapitalisations.
* Adjunct legal matters as required by business.
