Job Title: Automotive Paint Technician/Inspector
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-15:30pm (Overtime available)
Contract: Initial 5 weeks (Outside IR35, potential for extension).
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality painting and reworking of automotive components, including splitters, to a new finish.
* Rectify paint defects such as runs, dirt, nibs, and surface imperfections.
* Ensure all work meets premium automotive quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with paint and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive painting or refinishing.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts.
