The Role
* Resource candidates utilising social media platforms, current database, and candidate referrals.
* Create job advertisements, pre-screen and interview candidates, reference checks and prepare shortlists.
* Proactively source suitable candidates on CV portals and social media platforms.
* Prepare and manage all contractor documentation.
* Liaise extensively with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
* Provide quality end-to-end 180 Candidate recruitment services.
* Candidate Management
What we are looking for
* Recruitment industry experience in a similar role, ideally within the Manufacturing / Engineering sectors.
* Excellent communication skills and works effectively with all stakeholders.
* Ability to work within a team or independently.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail and time management skills.
