£49,200 - £110,700 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 7 weeks leave

Salary
£12,300 per session is the established GP rate (newly qualified would be a little less).

The surgery
* GP Training Practice, also hosting medical students and student nurses
* Varied demographic offering a little bit of everything
* Coffee break every morning and afternoon (whole team attends the morning one)
* Outstanding MDT including GP-level ANP, Cardiac Specialist Nurse, Diabetic Specialist Nurse, Family and Women’s Health Specialists, FCPs, full Pharmacy and Pharmacy Tech team and more
* AI-supported triage streamlining the patient contact
* EMIS practice
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
Your role
* 4-6 sessions
* 15‑minute appointments
* Mixture of calls and F2F per patient preference
* No enhanced access requirements but can opt‑in for a later start to catch the morning surf
* No visits on routine days (one session a fortnight you would be the Visiting GP)
* One session a week of triage – no Duty Doctor requirement
* Interests heavily encouraged – minor surgery, joint injections and coil fitting always needed
